Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–4 business days after payment has been confirmed.

During periods of high demand or while exhibitions are taking place, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, the customer will be notified by email.

Shipping Methods

International orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or another courier service, depending on carrier availability and shipping conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Red Horns Gallery, including customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Customs Duties and Taxes

In most countries, original works of art are not subject to import duties or taxes. However, depending on the regulations of the destination country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other applicable fees.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
