Welcome to Red Horns Gallery. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. General
Red Horns Gallery offers original artworks created by the artist Lady RedHorns. Unless otherwise stated, all artworks are original, one-of-a-kind pieces.
2. Orders
Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
Payment may be made using the payment methods available at checkout, as well as manually with Bitcoin or USDT according to the payment instructions provided during checkout.
An order is considered confirmed once full payment has been received.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
Red Horns Gallery reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for.
4. Originality of the Artwork
Each artwork is an original work of art.
Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings and display devices. Such variations are not considered defects.
5. Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged for safe international shipping.
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–4 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier's services and schedule.
6. Copyright
All copyrights to the artworks and their images remain the property of Lady RedHorns.
The purchase of an original artwork does not transfer copyright or grant the right to reproduce, distribute, commercially use, or create derivative works based on the artwork without the artist's prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Red Horns Gallery is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond the gallery's reasonable control.
